Please remember to fill in the “can’t work” calendar at CoolYo 2 weeks in advance. Also each week schedules will be posted by Tues. And you have until Thurs. to review it to let Jean know if there are any dates scheduled for you in error ( based on can’t work schedule). If you catch an error by Thurs. , it will be Jean’s job to reschedule error. But if you find error after Thurs, it will be your job to find a replacement for yourself.
