Employees: if you are working and it is slow please look for the many things that need to be done ( there is a list). Some possible ideas include: doing dishes ( or putting away dishes), wiping down all chairs, booths, hand sweeping under booths and wiping floor clean, cleaning backs of machines, cleaning refrigerator doors , wiping floor boards, dusting areas that don’t get cleaned everyday, cutting up back up toppings etc. When you have everything done and things are too slow- call cheryl or jean and if it is that slow we may send someone home.
